The edges do not curl and remain securely fixed. Using high-temperature定型edging technology, the fixing force ≥15N/cm (tested according to ASTM D619 standard) to ensure no deformation for 5 years.
Reserved Air Outlet Space
The three-dimensional hollow structure keeps the air vents 100% unblocked. The special airflow guiding groove design reduces wind speed loss by <5%. The dust filter is removable and washable.
No Seat Track Blockage
The sliding rail area features a 15cm extended protection design with a 0.8mm thickened PE anti-puncture bottom layer to ensure zero interference with seat adjustment.
Door Frame Embedded Installation
The inner side of the door frame has a 2.5cm deep edge wrapping (patent number ZL2023 3 0567890.1). The waterproof strip compatibility design and edge magnetic fixing technology ensure zero displacement.
Original Car Mold Full Fit
Using original car data for mold opening, it covers the vehicle body curves from multiple angles with a gap ≤2mm (industry standard 5mm) to perfectly maintain the original vehicle aesthetics.
Rear Seat Bridge Design
The bridging part features a reinforced rib support structure with a removable central channel cover. It maintains a 5mm dynamic clearance from the seat to improve overall coordination by 60%.
Thickened Leather Material
Using 1.8mm thickened environmentally friendly leather, it has passed the 100,000-cycle wear resistance test (ASTM D4060 standard) with a tear resistance strength of 35N/mm² to extend the service life by 3 times.
Bottom Burr-Free Design
