Product Description

The MEMS pressure sensor PCBA module consists of a pressure sensor chip, signal conditioning circuit, and connection interface, suitable for automotive engine systems, transmission systems, and exhaust treatment systems. Its main function is to convert the detected pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is then transmitted to the processing system.

Longway Technology has launched the calibrated EVAP fuel vapor pressure sensor PCBA module for the automotive market. This product is used to measure the pressure in fuel pipes to ensure the normal operation of the EVAP system. The product uses automotive-grade chips to calibrate and compensate the output of the MEMS core, converting pressure signals from -3.75kPa to +1.25kPa and -3.5kPa to +3.5kPa into 0.5V to 4.5V analog output signals (range and output can be customized). It features fast response, high adjustability, and good stability, making it a cost-effective sensor product.

It can monitor pressure changes in the fuel tank in real time. Through coordination with the vehicle control system, it can precisely control the fuel tank evaporation and emission process, thereby reducing pollutant emissions.
